FAQ

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a chip embedded in your phone. You install a profile instead of inserting a plastic card. Multiple eSIMs can be stored, but only one data plan can be active at a time.

Does my phone support it?

Dial *#06# — if an EID appears, it is supported. Most iPhone XS and newer (except some HK/Macau models), Samsung S20+, and Pixel 3+ work.

When do I get the QR code?

Within one business day after payment is confirmed.

How do I use it abroad?

Install it while on Wi-Fi, then on arrival go to Settings → Cellular, select the eSIM and enable Data Roaming.

Can I share the connection?

Most plans allow hotspot — see the plan details.

Can I get a refund?

Paid orders are non-refundable. eSIM is a digital good and cannot be revoked once issued or activated.

Do you offer number porting or SIM replacement?

No. We only sell eSIM data plans. We do not provide number porting, monthly postpaid plans, or SIM replacement (including eSIM re-issue).

How do I pay?

USDT or USDC only. The order page shows the address and exact amount.

What happens when data runs out?

Speed is throttled (usually 384kbps). No extra charges, no auto-renewal.
