The activation QR code is emailed within one business day after payment.
The QR code can be installed once and cannot be transferred. Activation starts the service period.
Paid orders are non-refundable. Device incompatibility, local coverage, or lower-than-expected speed are not grounds for a refund.
The service may not be used for anything unlawful in the destination country.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
